Randy is a handsome grey and white, mixed breed who came to us from Lee County Domestic Animal Services.  Randy appears to have had a rough life prior to coming to ARC.  He has scars around his neck and shoulders that definitely indicate some form of abuse or neglect.  Despite whatever he has been through, his spirit is intact, He has a playful demeanor, and is such a gentle boy in search of someone to love.
